Thanks for the opportunity

To all the members and friends of National Capital Wing, I would like to give my deepest gratitude for allowing me the opportunity to serve as the wing commander.  In just a few hours, my term will be over; yet I will take with me great memories and fabulous experiences.  

I have met many dedicated members in this wing, all striving to ensure that the three missions of Civil Air Patrol continue to move forward.  Many hours have been given to the cause and rest assured, many more will be given.  

Thank you, such simple words, are still the best to convey my appreciation to you – the members of National Capital Wing.
