Business Cards Approved

These are the only cards to be used by members of Civil Air Patrol’s National Capital Wing. Staff members may have cards printed at wing headquarters by e-mailing the wing administrator at wa@natcapwg.cap.gov. Staff may also request the wing staff or squadron staff card files to print them at home. For questions, contact public affairs at pa@natcapwg.cap.gov.

yea.. the business card look good.. but the only thing is the 2 logos… why is it that way? have you used any particular software to design the card? Pls let me know.. Im looking to get some business cards for myself too..

These cards were done is MS Publisher. Both logos were used because they are specific to all members of CAP’s National Capital Wing and part of our branding effort. Remember, the wing is the operational component of CAP, so that’s why all personnel in the wing should have the same “brand.”

They look good. Make sure the logos are output at 300dpi. As your using Microsoft Publisher, be careful not to use low res .gifs or .jpgs.

Thanks for your comment. I always try to do everything as high-res, however, some of the logos used started as low-res since I do not know who created them many years ago. These do print great though at the size needed.
