You may register and pay for the annual awards banquet one of two ways. Either download the reservation form and mail it to wing headquarters with a check or pay via PayPal below.

To register for the banquet through Pay Pal and pay via credit card, please make your menu selection below. Select one of the three menu choices and click “Add to Cart.” This will open a new PayPal “Shopping Cart” page. Use the “Back” button to come back to this page to make more selections for additional family members. Once the “Cart” has all your selections, you may pay via PayPal or credit card. After proceeding to the checkout, you will see “Add special instructions to the seller” under each entry. This is where you can enter the name and unit for each entree selection.

1) Sliced London Broil Au Jus with Roasted New Potatoes and Chef’s Vegetables
2) Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast with Mushroom Gravy, Rice Pilaf, and Chef’s Vegetables
3) Vegetarian: Vegetarian Lasagna with vegetables
All with a salad of tossed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, sprouts and house dressing and freshly baked rolls with butter
