Base Access

CAP, DoD, NCR or IC identification will allow you access to Bolling AFB.  Cadets under 18 may escort a parent with a CAP ID card.  CAP personnel with the non-picture ID card must also show a state-issued photo ID.

If you do not have access to Bolling AFB, fill out the form below to get on the list for March 14, 2009.  You must also be registered for the conference and/or banquet.  You must include either your Social Security Number or State ID info on the form.  For questions, e-mail the wing administrator at wa@natcapwg.cap.gov.
