Civil Air Patrol Member Services has one primary goal: Provide the best possible service to the exceptional and dedicated individuals that make up the Civil Air Patrol. Vanguard Industries operates the CAP store, where you can shop for all the items you may need as a CAP member. The publications and forms that help to control and organize CAP are an important member services. You can tell us what you like or dislike and ask questions that will be answered in a timely manner. If you are not a member and wish to become one, you can find the unit nearest you and an explanation of the membership requirements. CAP Online Shopping Mall
Customers can shop at over 1,000 different stores including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot and more. Every time a customer makes a purchase, the retailer will donate a portion of the proceeds – from 2 to 15 percent – to the unit the user chooses. Anyone can shop from the site and there is no registration or login required. Select a unit from the list of beneficiaries when a store in clicked on. Donations will be sent directly to CAP National Headquarters along with a breakdown of squadrons and amounts. The money will then be sent to each wing for further disbursement.
